Super staff, excellent location and peaceful setting. Felt that the Hotel offered good value for money apart from the expensive bar and restaurant.

Good location, good value, very comfortable, helpful staff, very good breakfast
Admin could have been better. Our request for a twin room rather than a double had been ignored and the final bill was initially incorrect. Both sorted out amicably though. The hotel restaurant was good but very expensive - disproportionate to the price of the rooms.

It is in a good location to visit friends, with the advantage of the beautiful forest where walking, cycling, birdwatching and many other outdoor options exist. The hotel is comfortable and service and attention to all requirements are efficiently dealt with. An indoor swimming pool, tennis court, bicycles for hire all enhance the stay.
Constructive comment - The breakfast buffet service is very good with a wide range of options available, however, dependent on your timing arriving in the dining room all items are not always available.

Great experience there. Breakfast was wonderful, lovely views, magnificent location close to a regular shop, the nearby castle, which is outstanding, and Oosterbeck. Extremely spacious unit with a standard decor. Lovely bed and excellent services.

This was our third visit to this hotel, and we enjoyed it as much as ever. Enormous, comfortable bed, very welcoming and helpful staff and a super breakfast. The lounge areas are particularly inviting, well used and with a good evening atmosphere, where you can buy affordable food on the lounge menu if you want to avoid the higher priced restaurant. Perfectly located hotel for Oosterbeek and Arnhem, with a bus stop right outside. We hired bikes also, for 12 euros a day. We will definitely come again.
There was a problem with the hot water one morning, but every guest was given complimentary bottles of wine and sparkling water as an apology. The water in the pool wasn't warm enough for us.

would definitely recommend for a weekend outing
Cozy room, friendly staff made our stay enjoyable with the added bonus of free parking, great to explore the beautiful location in the woods at our leisure.
Hard to think of anything without adding further information.

I came to The Netherlands to visit family. The day I arrived my sister-in-law and I spent many hours in your lounge. We ate lunch, had tea had drinks and snacks. Later my other sister-in-law joined us and then my son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter. It was very relaxing.
It would have been easier if my room had been closer to my son's.

The beautiful gardens and quiet surroundings made for a serene getaway, ideal for leisurely strolls. The access to all areas was comfortable, especially my senior friends, to enjoy the lovely setting.
No air conditioning in the rooms, very disappointing.

the outstanding service company attitude of personnel in front desk, the genuine warm demeanor of the entire staff
probably the poor TV signal quality, and the TV set itself
